The goals are to improve mobility and strength, to relieve pain and to restore physical function. This enables you to resume your regular activities of daily living.

To get the body back to where it was in its pre-injury state, you must be mentally and physically ready to move forward. It is not an easy road to healing, but a trained, patient and knowledgeable therapist can make your road to recovery a beneficial and appreciated one.
